Heavy Duty Weld-on Bullet Hinge in Weldable Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Brass Without or with Grease Zerk in Multiple Sizes (Aluminum, 6 inch)
These Hinges are very Heavy Duty and can hold hundreds to thousands of pounds depending on the Material and size chosen. They are very smooth when operating and look very sleek. The price is very inexpensive compared to a comparable sized butt hinge. They have feet on each end that make welding them both easy and create a very strong bond. They can be installed opposite each other to make the door non removable or in the same direction if you need to lift the door off. The Steel Hinges come with a brass bushing and the Aluminum Hinges come with a stainless pin and stainless bushing for strength and long life. Grease fittings are recommended for applications where steel hinges will be under heavy load and use without being able to remove the door making maintenance quick and easy. They are great for trailer doors, ramps, BBQs, Truck Beds and Tailgates, sheet metal and enclosures, Safes, Dumpsters, and Gates.

Custom Built Security Door w/Half Knuckles
I built this door for someone that had their off-the-shelf security door ripped open and their front door kicked in. That was right before their property grew legs and walked out the front door.
Had some issues with that perforated sheet metal distorting from welding on it. Usually it's riveted in place, but that didn't work so well on the last door. So, we made this one a little tougher.
