It adds a delicately sweet flavor and warm aroma to savory dishes, and naturally combines with garlic, capers and tomatoes. Our Spice Islands sweet basil is sourced from California, known for its particularly flavorful basil. The basil is machine-harvested and dried to preserve its color and aroma. The result is a much cleaner product with a robust taste and fresh green color. Fun Fact: The ancient Greeks thought so highly of basil that they called it basilikon phyton, or “kingly herb.” Our Sweet Basil is only basil. Spice Islands spices and herbs don’t contain added sugar, fillers or other ingredients so you get the most authentic flavor every time.
An essential part of curries and chili con carne, cumin is one of the most widely used spices in the world. Outside of the U.S., it's nearly as popular as black pepper. Spice Islands® cumin seeds are from India, where the most flavorful cumin is grown. Indian cumin is spicy and sweet with a rich warmth. Our Ground Cumin is only cumin. Spice Islands® spices and herbs don't contain added sugar, fillers or other ingredients so you get the most authentic flavor every time.
White pepper is less aromatic than black pepper and has a somewhat musty flavor. White pepper is made from berries that have been allowed to fully ripen, while black pepper is made from green berries. Once the berries are harvested, they are soaked for about 10 days before the outer hull is rubbed off. The remaining berry is dried and ground into a powder. Because of its color, white pepper is ideal for use in white sauces, pasta salads and seafood dishes.
Spice Islands Cinnamon, Ground, 1.9-Ounce (Pack of 3)
With its rich hue and warm aroma, cinnamon brings spicy sweetness to all kinds of baked goods. But all cinnamon is not the same. There are two main varieties of cinnamon, Ceylon and cassia. While their flavors are similar, cassia tends to have a richer, sweeter taste and Ceylon a milder taste. We source our Spice Islands cinnamon from the forests of Vietnam, known for its premium cassia. High in volatile oils, the Vietnamese cassia trees produce a deep, reddish-brown cinnamon with an intense fragrance and sweet, red-hot-candy-like flavor.

Even though its name implies a blend of spices, Allspice is actually one spice that comes from a berry. Allspice has a sweet taste that’s reminiscent of a number of different spices, including cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Because of its sweetness, it’s commonly used in baked goods like spice cakes, dessert breads and cookies. It’s also the primary flavor in Jamaican jerk seasoning. While many chefs prefer using the whole spice, ground allspice is the easiest form to use and gives a subtle yet warm flavor to a variety of baked goods. Our Spice Islands ground allspice is sourced from Guatemala and Honduras.

I chose CHIMPS, so I did some tries on sandbox for r95-100 (as usual).
Two setups where able to beat r95-100, but even if affordable, the needed cash for the most important upgrade...
