Test one was 10 psi regulator on the jet burner and 30 psi regulator on the cast iron burner. Test two has 30 psi regulators on both burners. BTUs are determined by the psi regulator feeding it, not the burner. The cast iron burner with the 30 psi regulator is the setup we use on our crawfish cookers!
